Refunds are difficult once you have actively used the app after payment. This policy applies to all purchase types. Please consider this before making a purchase.

App Store Purchase Refunds (Monthly/Annual)

đź“‹ General Policy for App Store Purchases

For standard monthly and annual subscriptions, all refund decisions are made by Apple and Google. We cannot process these refunds directly.

🍎 iPhone Refund Steps

All payment and refund authorities are held by the App Store, making it difficult for the Kory team to process refunds due to Apple's policies.

Important: Apple typically does not approve refunds if you have used the app's premium features after purchase.

Refund requests must be made directly to the Apple App Store by clicking on this link, and more details can be found at the link below.

Steps for iPhone refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Kory purchase
  4. Select “Request a refund”
  5. Choose your reason and submit

🤖 Android Refund Steps

For refund requests related to Google Play Store payments, please submit your request through Google Play Store by following the guidance on the Google Play Store customer service page below!

Note: Google Play also considers app usage when processing refunds. Heavy usage of premium features may result in refund denial.

Steps for Android refund:

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Go to Account → Purchase history
  3. Find your Kory purchase
  4. Tap “Request a refund”
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

Lifetime Pass Special Refund Policy

The Service Lifetime Pass is a special one-time purchase. The following policy applies ONLY in the specific case of a permanent service discontinuation by Kory.

Policy on Service Discontinuation

  • Refund Eligibility: A refund can be requested only if the service is discontinued within one (1) year of your Lifetime Pass purchase date.
  • Refund Process: Eligible refunds must be requested by contacting us directly at appkory828@gmail.com, as this is a special case not handled by App Stores. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the first year.
  • Non-Eligibility: If the service is discontinued more than one (1) year after your purchase, no refund will be provided.

For all other refund reasons (e.g., accidental purchase), Lifetime Pass purchases are subject to the same App Store policies mentioned above.
